Dog Whisperer Cesar Millan Slapped with Law Suit

Certain precautions are necessary no matter how simple things may seem. There are certain types of passion that people take out there, such as the need for letting out the skills necessary for a pet or a dog. At certain times people take the need for caring to the pet that when something else happens, all the concerns will arise. Such things happen just like the case of the dog whisperer lawsuit. The lawsuit’s nature revolves around the case of Cesar Millan, who was slapped with an animal cruelty lawsuit, breach of contract, fraud and intentional infliction of emotional distress just among many others. This is due to the alleged injury caused by MIllan to Gator, a 5 year old Labrador. The law suit was filed by producer Flody Suarez after seeing Gator gasping for breath and profusely bleeding from the nose and the mouth. The incident was allegedly slapped against MIllan for training Gator using violent methods and inflicting fear. It has been stated that Gator was allowed to be forcefully worn with a choke collar and to run on a tread mill forcefully.

Suarez attested that someone called him afterwards telling him that the dog was rushed to the veterinarian after bleeding profusely and was later managed with supplemental oxygen. The facility workers were then accused of choking Gator and for overworking him on the treadmill. It has been stated by Suarez that he has spent $25,000 for the expenses in order to revive Gator. Surgeries and other medical expenses cover the dog’s necessary managements. Within a week, it has been the second law suit filed against Milan. It has been recorded that he was sued by publicist Makeda Smith and her partner Foster Corder.

Millan has been slapped with accusations of training dogs with force, imposing fear which leads to injury to the subjects. The said lawsuit claimed copyright infringement, breach of contract as well as breach of confidential relationship. It has been stated by the plaintiffs that Millan went all alone ahead and pitched the episode without the knowledge of Corder. For the Dog Whisperer lawsuit, Corder and Smith are seeking for more than $5 million. MIllan is known as a dog trainer and the current host of the show Dog whisperer at the National Geographic Channel. Experts all over the world have also voiced out their concerns about Millan’s training methods all of which stating  his methods are way too injurious and offensive for the physical and emotional integrity of the animals.
